Tampa Mayor Helps Florida Police Rescue Dog Found on Busy Highway

A lost dog missing since December 28 was found on a highway in Tampa, Florida, on January 27. Police said while it may seem “far-FETCHED”, it was actually Tampa Mayor Jane Castor who spotted the lost pooch while she was driving down the interstate. The Tampa Police Department uploaded this video showing the moment police officers captured the dog running across the northbound lanes of Interstate 275. “Mayor Jane Castor was on I275 when she noticed traffic was a bit RUFF.
