Drivers braved long lines at Whataburger in Austin, Texas, on February 17, amid power outages and record-breaking weather conditions. Video taken by Twitter user @t_steinwald shows a long queue of cars waiting to enter the chain restaurant’s drive-thru. “It’s one of the only food places open and much of our area is still without power and running water,” @t_steinwald told Storyful.
