Climate ‘has always’ changed

Author Ian Plimer says what children are not taught is that the climate always changes. “It has for 4,567,000,000 years and the very slight changes we are measuring today are nothing compared with those in the past,” Mr Plimer told Sky News. “If you look at past floods we can see that much of the flooding is on areas called flood plains. “We have flooding. It’s a normal process and even historically the floods that we saw in the Nepean and Hawkesbury rivers are nothing compared with historical times. “We have lost knowledge.”
