Ethiopia declares Tigray ceasefire as rebels enter regional capital

Ethiopia's federal government on Monday declared a "unilateral ceasefire" in its war-torn Tigray region, state media reported, as rebel fighters entered the regional capital Mekele sparking celebrations on the streets.
