Wuhan to undergo mass testing after COVID cases emerge

After Wuhan recorded its first infections in more than a year, 11 million people in the Chinese city will undergo mass testing. There have been seven locally transmitted cases detected in the city, with China currently experiencing one of its largest outbreaks after 300 cases have been confirmed over the past 10 days. There are 15 provinces now under tight restrictions and mass testing measures have been implemented. On Tuesday there were 90 new cases recorded in the country.
