Giant Panda Twins Celebrate 5th Birthday at Zoo Atlanta

The only twin pandas in the United States, Ya Lun and Xi Lun, rung in their 5th birthday at Zoo Atlanta in Georgia on September 3. This video from the zoo, who said was taken on September 1, shows the pandas’ birthday celebration in their daytime habitat – which included ice “cakes” topped with banana slices and boxes filled with leaf-eater biscuits, said the zoo.
