Commbank, Westpac issue vaccine mandates

Westpac and Commonwealth Bank have become the latest employers to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine in a move expected to affect more than 75,000 workers nationwide. Westpac staff in New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT have until December 1 to be fully vaccinated while workers in other states will have until February 1. Commbank's Victorian employees must be fully vaccinated by November 26 while New South Wales and ACT staff have until December 1.
