Nor’easter Brings Wind and Rain to Portland, Maine

A significant nor’easter storm cast strong wind gusts and rain along the east coast of the United States on Tuesday, October 26. This footage was captured by Instagram user @dannygallows, who said it was taken on Tuesday in Portland, Maine. The National Weather Service. (NWS) forecast gusts as high as 50 mph in the area, and placed a wind advisory in effect until noon on Wednesday. A coastal flooding advisor was as issued by the NWS.
